Oatmeal Chocolate Chip CookiesThese are seriously my favorite go to cookie. Change up the mix-ins to suit your tastes and what's on hand- chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit, dried coconut just to name a few.

Spread this mixture in greased (or Pam’d) 9 x 13” pan… then Sprinkle on top: Remaining ½ box cake mix 1 cube butter, diced in chunks 1 cup nuts Bake @ 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes (knife should come out clean… like pumpkin pie). This is a great substitute for pumpkin pie… Very easy and can be made the day ahead (refrigerated)….. serve with whipping cream or ice cream.
